and Florida State University School of Law (J.D.,
1987).
As Lead Counsel in
the firm's real estate department, Mr. Adams has
coordinated thousands of real estate closings in the
issuance of title insurance and provides services in
general civil litigation, including insurance disputes and
other types of general, commercial and contract
litigation. Mr. Adams also handles cases in the areas of:
Bankruptcy; Family Law; Personal Injury; and Real Estate. Mr.
Adams' present practice additionally includes appellate
work in the State Courts and provides services to his
clients in Florida, in both State and Federal Courts.
Mr. Adams is
currently a
member of the Florida Bar, the American Trial Lawyers
Association, the Cuban-American Bar Association of Miami,
and the Hialeah Miami Lakes Bar Association. He is rated
AV (denoting high lawyer / legal abilities and ethical
standards) in the Martindale-Hubbell Law Dictionary.
Richard is also a member of the Bars of the United States
District Court for the Southern District of Florida, the
United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit,
and the Bankruptcy Division of the United States District
Court for the Southern District of Florida.
Mr. Adams was born in Miami,
Florida on January 31, 1963. He is fluent in Spanish. |
